With a deep commitment to sustainable growth and community-led change, Carly has led high-performing teams in investment management, risk, and governance—fostering resilience, innovation, and accountability. Her board experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chair for purpose-driven organisations, where she has developed robust governance frameworks that empower leaders and drive long-term impact.
Carly’s work is grounded in truth-telling, reconciliation, and amplifying community voices—particularly through initiatives that nurture creativity, cultural safety, and cross-sector collaboration.
Global Impact
Carly also supports international social impact through her work with Mission in Action, a grassroots organisation supporting vulnerable children in Kenya, and as a Non-Executive Director for the One Tribe Mama Project Kenya, which empowers women and girls through culturally safe, community-led development.
