Carly Bush is a purpose-driven leader with over 20 years of experience across banking, finance, and philanthropy. A seasoned professional in both corporate and not-for-profit sectors, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight, governance expertise, and a deep commitment to creating positive and sustainable change.

She has held senior leadership roles in investment management, risk, and governance, with a strong focus on building resilient, high-performing teams. Her governance experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chair for purpose-led organisations, developing robust frameworks that support boards and senior leaders to drive long-term sustainability.

Carly is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), holds an MBA, and has earned a Graduate Certificate in Innovation. She brings extensive expertise in grant-making models and diversifying funding streams, and has worked widely to build capacity across the social sector.

Her commitment to empowering communities is evident in her work with women in Africa, supporting entrepreneurship and financial independence. Whether leading complex financial operations or advancing corporate philanthropic initiatives, Carly combines strategic thinking with a strong social conscience.
